泉順家族8糧照 農糧署嚴密監控中

農委會昨天大動作撤銷惡意混充米的泉順糧商執照。但泉順家族共有9 張糧商執照，撤掉1張仍有8張可使用，難保不會借屍還魂重新上架。農糧署長李蒼郎表示，現行法令確實無法規範，但泉順家族其他8張執照，及泉順1年後若重新申請執照，只要碾米上市後，就會列為重點觀察名單，增加稽核強度。

而糧食管理法也將會通盤檢討，除了提高罰責，也會徹低翻修，以現代的眼光管理米糧，擺脫政府與糧商過從甚密的包袱，最快半年後會有初步雛形。李蒼郎形容說，糧管法「不改衣服了，要重做一件新衣服」。

李蒼郎表示，針對紀錄不良的糧商，未來若重新申請糧商登記，修法時也會增加申請限制。
