山老鼠不滿伐被抓 半夜砸警車洩恨遭逮

新竹縣海拔最高的宇老派出所，居然遭山老鼠以磚頭砸破後擋風玻璃。偵查隊大隊人馬上山展開偵辦，順利將砸警車的陳姓男子傳喚到案。嫌犯坦承是盜伐被宇老派出所逮捕懷恨在心，所以才砸警車洩恨。(彭清仁報導)

在國內自行車界相當知名的「宇老大滿貫」路線，最頂端就是新竹縣地勢最高的宇老派出所，從山底一路攻上山頭，考驗相當嚴苛。每逢假日都有不少自行車友挑戰「宇老大滿貫」路線，而宇老派出所又位於峰口，風景絕佳，一旁就可看到群山環繞的美景，因此也受各地車友和遊客的喜愛。

宇老派出所的巡邏車，卻在半夜遭不明人士以磚塊砸毀後擋風玻璃，值班警員聽到聲響後衝出來，卻沒看到砸車的歹徒。橫山分局接獲宇老派出所通報後，認為是歹徒挑戰公權力，分局長立即指示偵查隊大隊人馬殺上山，並調閱案發前後經過派出所的監視器畫面，發現廿二歲的陳姓原住民相當可疑，警方傳訊陳姓原住民到案，而當事人也相當配合，坦承因為盜伐林木，被宇老派出所查獲而懷恨在心，半夜經過宇老派出所時，才臨時起意以磚塊砸巡邏車洩恨。全案警方在偵訊後，依毀損和妨害公務罪嫌函送新竹地檢署偵辦。
