人孔蓋害人命 判國賠314萬

（中央社記者郭芷瑄屏東縣7日電）林姓男子2年前駕車到屏東市，意外撞到路面彈起的人孔蓋致死，屏東地方法院今天判屏東縣政府應賠新台幣314萬元。

這起意外發生在2012年5月11日凌晨，林姓男子駕小貨車載著妻子行經屏東市建國路時，一處人孔蓋疑因受到沼氣壓力彈出路面，林男的小貨車撞到人孔蓋，整部貨車失控撞到安全島燃燒，林男身受重傷2天後死亡，妻子多處骨折和燒傷。

林妻不滿提出國賠，養護單位屏東縣政府辯稱，事故發生在凌晨，沒獲通報，沒辦法立刻修護，並不是管理失當。

不過，法官認為縣政府沒注意人孔蓋不夠緊密，嚴重影響行車安全，判賠林妻118萬元和4名子女各49萬元。1030507
