除綠癌 花蓮市收購小花蔓澤蘭

防治「植物殺手」、「綠癌」小花蔓澤蘭，花蓮市公所即日起到10月底止，每週一、四下午收購民眾摘下的小花蔓澤蘭，收購價格每公斤新台幣7元。

花蓮市公所今天表示，現在正值小花蔓澤蘭開花、結籽的季節，也是清除最好的時機。由於繁殖力強，根據調查，種子每平方公尺高達17萬個，隨風飄散蔓延迅速。

小花蔓澤蘭入侵林地後攀爬纏繞的特性，會使林木無法行光合作用而死亡，要清除它必須連根拔起，再用塑膠袋將整株封死，才能有效遏止繁衍，否則只會助其散播、增長的機會。

花蓮市公所表示，根據農業及景觀發展課統計，101年度收購7232公斤，102年度收購6432公斤。呼籲民眾一起加入清除「綠癌」的行列，利用登山的機會順手拔除小花蔓澤蘭，除了推動防治工作外，也可以有額外收入。
