謝謝大家的意見跟回應 不過我們公司不是賣紅茶的 據我所知 石頭 賣茶的 漢堡店 也有滿多RD走掉了 本來老闆是屬意 我另一個同事要升上去 可是不知道為什麼又要想我做看看 (可能另一個同事能力不足? 或是 工作態度不好?) 反正就過來問我能不能勝任而已.... 講到後面才說 你有機會升上去 當然老闆也有可能只是畫餅給你吃而已 不過我們最近真的走了滿多人了... 上面的大老闆也擔心走太多人 會受不了 有聽說想把留下來的人 要加薪或升等之類的 並不是只有我而已 順便問卦一下 為何最近電子業最近轉職的人這麼多? 是有找到更好的工作? 還是不想幹電子業了 其實我也沒什麼野心 我只想要能夠完成我應盡的工作而已 升遷 加薪什麼的 對來我講都是浮雲.. 準時下班比較重要.. -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 111.250.76.18 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Tech_Job/M.1407889007.A.FAF.html
