雪隧逢假日必塞　試辦尖峰時段加價挨轟

國道5號雪山隧道每逢假日必塞，交通部高公局16日起試辦差別收費，尖峰時段加價，被批變相懲罰，宜蘭縣政府建議，離峰時段免費上路，以「鼓勵取代懲罰」。

今日出版的《聯合報》報導，高公局仍堅持試辦，強調「絕不是懲罰」，近年國外已有實施差別費率引導分流的作法，主要是針對外地來宜蘭觀光的旅次，引導分流，對縣民影響較小。

高公局國5尖離峰時段差別費率計畫，將於本月16日、23日及9月13日、20日的上午6至12點，試辦南下通行費加價5成；本月17日、24日及9月14日、21日的上午6至12點，北上減價5成，盼引導車輛分流。（陳亮諭／綜合報導）
