大同(2371-TW)公布第2季財報與半年報，上半年轉虧為盈，累計上半年淨利11.2億元，較2013年虧損16億元，有顯著改善，主要是受惠於重要子公司營運表現好轉，虧損大幅減少，上半年每股盈餘0.49元。

大同第2季營收282.49億元，營業淨利15.01億元，淨利4.38億元，每股盈餘0.19元；累計上半年營收577.16億元，營業淨利30.59億元，，母公司淨利11.24億元，每股盈餘0.49元。

大同指出，轉虧為盈主要受惠於重要子公司營運表現好轉，虧損大幅減少，包括尚志資產開發陸續認列南港大同璽苑獲利；華映(2475-TW)自2009年以來持續降低虧損，並自2013下半年轉虧為盈，今年上半年持續獲利。

另外，綠能(3519-TW)2014上半年虧損已降至兩年半來新低；精英電腦上半年表現優異，稅後淨利年增率超過20%。海外子公司方面，大同表示，將維持簡化組織架構策略，對於不符公司中長期策略者，未來將持續重整、裁撤或出售非核心事業。
