封測大廠南茂自結7月合併營收新台幣約19.44億元，是6年多來單月新高。

南茂自結7月合併營收約19.44億元，較6月約17.99億元成長8%，比去年同期17.17億元增加13.17%。

法人指出，南茂7月合併營收是2008年金融風暴以來波段單月新高。

從產品線來看，法人指出，南茂7月利基型動態隨機存取記憶體(niche DRAM)、編碼型記憶體(NORFlash)、驅動IC封測、中小尺寸面板驅動IC所需玻璃基板封裝(COG)封測量穩健向上。

累計今年前7月南茂自結合併營收123.46億元，較去年同期110.77億元成長11.45%。

展望第3季，法人預期，南茂第3季業績可較第2季向上成長。

從稼動率表現來看，南茂先前表示，第3季稼動率可往上移動。

在擴充產能部分，南茂先前表示，8吋銅柱凸塊已經量產，主要鎖定電源管理晶片應用，計畫擴充12吋金凸塊晶圓產能，預估第3季底月產能可達3萬2千片。(中央社)
