（中央社俄羅斯卡斯克-沙赫京斯基17日綜合外電報導）路透社報導，俄羅斯派往烏克蘭的龐大援助車隊等候多日後，今天有16輛卡車駛離俄國西部的停車場，向烏克蘭邊界的方向駛去。這支車隊曾遭質疑別有用心。

烏克蘭政府昨天深夜表示，已將這支俄國車隊認定為運送人道援助物資的車隊，原則上允許車隊在紅十字會監督下越過邊界入境。這支俄國車隊總計有280輛卡車。

烏克蘭分離主義派領袖昨天在影片中表示，親俄叛軍將獲得新裝甲車和在俄羅斯接受訓練的戰士，計劃藉此對政府軍展開大反擊。

烏克蘭東部4個月的衝突來到關鍵階段，基輔當局和西方政府緊繃神經注意俄國是否會出手干預、支持逐漸陷入包圍的叛軍，儘管俄國否認有此意圖。

自稱頓內茨人民共和國總理的札哈成柯（Alexander Zakharchenko）說，叛軍正逐步取得約150輛裝甲車，包括30輛戰車，還有1200名據稱在俄國受訓4個月的戰士。

他在昨天錄製的影片中說：「他們將在最關鍵的時刻加入。」他未詳述這些車輛是從哪來。(中央社)
