【瓊斯盃】埃及反敗為勝擊敗美國拿下季軍

瓊斯盃季軍賽，埃及克服上半場曾落後達15分劣勢，下半場急起直追，並在第4節拉鋸戰中，靠替補後衛沙巴赫(Mouhanad El Sabagh)最後55秒連投罰獨得3分，穩住最後勝果，終場就以81比78獲勝，拿下本屆第3名。
 
埃及第4節最多曾反超前7分，美國雖緊咬不放，仍不敵埃及展現更優質的團隊攻防，4強賽2連敗，本屆以第4名坐收。埃沙巴赫扮演板凳奇兵，攻下全場最高23分，包括3分球9投4中，美國則以後衛道爾席(Majic Dorsey)的22分最高。（蔡裕隆／綜合報導）
