廣大興案 菲海巡8人 殺人罪起訴

廣大興案今天傳出具體進展，下午2點菲律賓司法部召開記者會，建議將8名涉案的菲律賓海防人員以殺人罪起訴，另外菲方也將派特使裴瑞茲代表總統艾奎諾三世，8日來到台灣，向洪石成家屬道歉。

對此，外交部表示肯定，也會等菲方具體回應我方的四大要求後，撤銷11項制裁。

廣大興28號漁船在5月9日，遭到菲律賓公務船瘋狂掃射，事件爆發3個月後，菲律賓司法部召開記者會，宣布8名涉案的海防人員將以「殺人罪」起訴，而台灣的屏東地檢署同一時間也偵結起訴8個人涉嫌殺人。

除了懲凶，廣大興事件發生後，我方還向菲律賓提出道歉、賠償和漁業談判等，另外三大要求，其中道歉部分，菲方派出馬尼拉經濟文化辦事處理事主席培瑞茲，代表菲律賓總統艾奎諾三世，8日到台灣來向家屬道歉，並且早已經透過律師，和家屬達成賠償協議，最後漁業談判的部分，6月14日台菲雙方簽署「會議記錄」，承諾建立海上執法合作機制，互相通報執法程序。

菲律賓拖了3個月，調查報告才出爐，外交部仍然給予正面肯定，而台菲雙方原本的緊張關係，也暫時得到舒緩。
