南投基隆列國民第二波縣市長提名

明年七合一地方選舉，國民黨明天將啟動第二波提名作業，含括南投縣和基隆市，外界矚目的六都，不在其中。第二波提名作業最遲將在明年1月22日完成，若提早協調完成，也也不排除提前公布。

其中南投縣因現任縣長李朝卿因涉入弊案遭停職，對國民黨形成「政權保衛戰」。目前地方表態參選的，包括立委林明溱、馬文君，以及南投市長許淑華，呈現三強鼎立態勢。

至於基隆市，在前總統府副秘書長羅智強、前國安會副秘書長楊永明都宣布不會投入選舉後，表態參選的只剩下議長黃景泰一人，選情原本趨於單純。不過前基隆市長林水木和立法委員徐少萍之子林沛祥，日前突然宣布將爭取提名，又對基隆選情產生變數，目前變成兩強相爭態勢。
