新台幣盤初升勢趨緩

台股開盤下跌，台北外匯市場觀望氣氛濃，新台幣兌美元匯率盤初走升；上午9時30分匯價為29.593元，升值4.7分，升勢已趨緩。

匯銀人士表示，美國國會敲定預算協定，使聯邦準備理事會（Fed）下週減碼刺激措施的預期心理升高，美股跌，台股開盤下跌28點，台北匯市新台幣匯率今天以29.660元，貶值2分開盤後，盤初呈升值走勢。

外匯交易員表示，新台幣盤初雖然升值，但若扣除央行前一個交易日尾盤阻升約 7分，新台幣實質匯率走弱。
