宜蘭莽男搭訕夜歸婦女 猥褻又強盜

宜蘭縣三星鄉昨天凌晨發生一起夜歸婦女遭猥褻強盜案件，在民風淳樸的農村引起一陣惶恐，警方不敢大意，昨天循線逮到一名陳姓嫌犯(22歲，羅東人，無前科紀錄)。

陳嫌供稱，5日晚間騎機車載送友人回家後，路過義農橋瞧見一名落單的夜歸婦女，上前搭訕，遭婦女拒絕，心有不甘，於是掐住女方脖子壓制在地，除了威脅交出錢財，還順勢親了女方臉頰，搶得1000元後逃逸。

警方根據沿路監視器，發現陳嫌作案機車車牌，循線到陳嫌羅東住處逮人，依強制猥褻、強盜罪嫌移送法辦。
