國安局門口有秘道？停車場地下道啦！

有媒體報導指國安局強佔民地興建地下秘密通道，國安局今天下午發出澄清稿表示，該局取得現址土地前，該址原為國防部使用，且依照移交資料顯示，民國49年間已辦理土地補償費提存待領在案，為處理現存法律問題，國安局在民國95年經法院選任國有財產署北區分署為遺產管理人，期間原地主張印滄之孫張華昌於民國98年間恢復中華民國身份國籍後，陸續向國產署提訟八次，均經各級法院駁回。

國安局並非遺產處分及管理機關，若有他人申請遺產及移交等情事，仍應循程序向國產署申請，目前的土地爭議，國安局當尊重法院判決，依法行政。

至於國安局大門與對面停車場間所謂秘密通道，國安局說，這只是為人員穿越仰德大道，造成道路管制頻繁且具維護行人交通安全的用途，目前均開放一般人員通行，不是秘道。
