審查兩年多的醫療糾紛及補償法通過初審

今晚八時，審查兩年餘的醫療糾紛處理及醫療事故補償法草案，除其中第26條醫療事故補償基金條文外，其餘通過初審，衛生福利部部長邱文達開心與召集委員劉建國合影留念，記錄歷史的一刻。

立法院衛環委員會從下午4點開始逐條審查醫糾法，最後第26條醫療事故補償基金的資金來源及比例未達成共識，予以保留協商外，其餘條款皆通過初審，完成一讀。

醫事司司長李偉強表示，醫療糾紛發生時有關懷小組介入處理及預防，若醫院裡無法處理就送交各縣市政府調解委員會，也可進行初步鑑定，希望可以減少相關訴訟。另外，醫療事故補償機制的範圍及內容則授權主管機關衛福部訂定，包含補償內容、對象等由衛福部另訂之，將類似於現行生育事故救濟機制。
