愛講手機小心變老，皮膚科醫師提醒，使用手機講話時，吐出來的熱氣會讓螢幕滋生細菌，臉頰接觸容易長粉刺，還有長時間看手機，也會讓魚尾紋更明顯。

平常生活中總是離不開手機，小心不只肩頸痠痛問題找上身，連經常接觸的臉部肌膚也會跟著變糟。皮膚科醫師提醒，講話時吐出的溫暖水氣，讓手機螢幕成為細菌孳生的溫床，粉刺跟著出現；長時間盯著手機，也讓皺紋和頸紋更加明顯。

忙忙忙，過馬路也要把握時間，講手機，怎麼樣就是捨不得離開手機的低頭族，見怪不怪，但這個動作，小心皮膚問題也悄悄纏上你。嚇人的粉刺、痘痘，都是因為緊貼著螢幕，髒汙也貼上臉，說話時吐出的水氣，更讓手機成為細菌孳生的溫床，還有喜歡這樣，緊盯著手機不放，不自覺得用力皺眉，經年累月產生也可能會產生，透露年齡的皺紋。

使用手機的時間要減少，或是利用耳機，減少臉部接觸螢幕的機會，也要注意手機清潔，才不會讓它變成花花臉的隱藏兇手。
