葉文祥有串證、逃亡之虞 裁定羈押

屏東地檢署偵辦高雄強冠公司涉嫌利用回餿油精製為食用的香豬油案，檢方依以違反食品衛生管理法等罪嫌傳喚該公司董事長葉文祥到案，葉一再表明清白，表示是公司副總統戴啟川向郭烈成採購回鍋油，他完全不知情，公司也認為戴涉嫌向郭採購回鍋油，其中可能存有問題，已提出告訴，但檢方晚上以他說法避重就輕，有串證、逃亡之虞，向法院聲押。

屏東地院合議庭法官，今天凌晨一點召開羈押庭，經過近兩個小時攻防後，三位法官評議，認葉文祥有串證、逃亡之虞，栽定收押禁見。
