分離式冷氣安裝問題？？

這是後陽台往兩間客房的方向看過去。

想請教專業的大大們：
小弟想在兩間客房安裝分離式冷氣，無奈是公寓五樓，電器行來看過後，給我三樣選擇：
1.鐵窗拆掉，安裝冷氣的鐵架，再裝上新的鐵窗（但是為了冷氣要重裝鐵窗，一個鐵窗就快兩萬了，兩個就⋯）。
2.直接把室外機放在鐵窗上（但是會吵）
3.把室外機放在後陽台的鐵窗上，但是管線要拉比較長，冷房效果教差⋯。

可以請版上的大大給點建議嗎？
