手機規定鬆綁 澳航加入歐美行列

由於澳洲民用航空安全局(Civil Aviation Safety Authority)鬆綁相關規定，因此澳洲航空公司(Qantas)和維珍澳洲航空(Virgin Australia)從今天(26日)起，允許機上乘客有限度地使用行動電子裝置。
繼美國與歐洲聯盟(EU)去年放寬手機使用政策後，澳洲民航安全局也可以讓乘客在飛機滑行、起飛和降落期間，把行動裝置切換至「飛航模式」。
不過，飛航模式停用了行動數據服務，所以乘客依然無法打電話或傳簡訊。
民航安全局發言人吉布森(Peter Gibson)表示，「根據歐美國家去年年底發布的研究報告顯示，手機、平板電腦、電子閱讀器等裝置不足以干擾現代客機」。
吉布森也指出，「一旦經過評估後發現沒有安全顧慮，就不必繼續要求乘客關機後又開機」。
依照先前的規定，飛機滑行、起飛和降落都不得使用電子產品，以防干擾飛機的導航設備。
這項規定鬆綁後，適用於澳航和維珍航空的國內外航班。
吉布森表示，「所有下一代的飛機，也就是未來10到15年內，都不會有受電子裝置干擾的問題」。
