前陣子經由人資顧問公司(就是一般所謂的獵人頭或hunter) 轉介面試一間我滿有興趣的 公司 後續追蹤hunter轉達，面試後公司對我印象不錯，但在做最後決定前還需面試一些其 他人選 這段等待的時間，因為我在求職階段，當然也會自己主動應徵其他公司 hunter方面希望我後續如果有其他面試，可以知會他一下 我目前是有一些面試，但不知道該在拿到offer之後再轉告hunter，請他咨詢他客戶的最 後決定 還是應該照著hunter的意思，在拿到其他面試機會就知會他? 不知道hunter請我告訴他面試的其他公司的主要用意是什麼? 如果說了他會採取的行動? 這是小的第一次與hunter合作，不太清楚hunter的立場，以及怎麼做對自己求職與拿到of fer比較有利? 希望有經驗或在人力顧問工作的前輩提點一下，謝謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 223.138.65.122 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1409022361.A.67A.html ※ 編輯: somewhere13 (223.138.65.116), 08/26/2014 11:14:41
