地方上大拜拜繞境接駕問題

想請問各位大大～～
在今年農曆十月十六日是地方上一年一度的大拜拜～
小弟想在今年來接駕神明～
因為不太方便擺設香案桌接駕!!!!!!

想請問：1、是否可以等繞境隊伍來只持三柱香～接駕呢？？？？
2、在事前會先燒香稟報～在拿下樓接駕這樣做是否可行？？？？
3、隊伍走了之後那三柱香是否可插於外面(門神爐)嗎？？？
請各位大大幫忙解答～～～謝謝!!!!請不要留一些跟題目無關的!!
