送電蚊拍涉賄選 參選人遭起訴

（中央社記者李先鳳花蓮縣18日電）花蓮地檢署今天起訴全國首宗九合一選舉賄選案，花蓮縣鳳林鎮一名李姓里長參選人，發送電蚊拍等物遭人檢舉，且已坦承不諱，已遭檢方起訴。

花蓮地檢署主任檢察官許建榮表示，檢方根據檢舉，查獲鳳林鎮這名李姓里長參選人8月底在社區舉辦中秋聯歡晚會時，同時發送選舉文宣及市價新台幣129元的電蚊拍和52.5元的手電筒，給在場具投票資格的選舉人，並約定投票。

許建榮指出，李姓被告雖然在8月底發送賄選品時，尚未具有參選人的資格，但到9月5日已完成參選登記；根據檢舉人提供全程蒐證錄影，檢察官認定李男犯罪事實明確。

許建榮說，賄賂的李男，以及收受賄賂的羅、鄧、游等3人都坦承不諱，全案偵結，李姓被告被提起公訴；收賄的3人因為自白並繳交不法利益，獲不起訴處分。

檢方呼籲，其他已經收取賄賂的民眾主動自白，將建請法院從輕量刑。1030918
