北市府徵地以屋換屋 結果大縮水

台北市政府打造士林北投科學園區、為了徵收民地，蓋了642戶的專案住宅，希望以屋換屋，結果每戶號稱59坪，但是實際坪數只有28坪，還隔成了4間房，房間只有2坪大，引發徵收居民的不滿，趁著今天工程上樑的日子，她們到現場、向郝龍斌陳情抗議。 超過50位的北投洲美里居民，到現場陳情抗議，因為北市府以打造士林北投科學園區為由，向他們徵收住地，再興建642戶專案住宅，以屋換屋，結果每戶號稱59坪，實際坪數只有28坪，還隔成4間房，房間只有2坪大，對當地許多三代同堂的家庭來說，根本住不下，因此在市議員帶領下，選在18號工程上樑日，到場抗議。

你知道嗎 我知道 你放心 我一定處理 士林北投科學園區的專案住宅，已經在101年9月開工，目前已經完成部分建物的基地結構，是採取先建後遷的方式，進行徵地，由於居民反對聲浪不小，北市府也承諾，會想辦法變更設計，排除民怨。 記者 陳佳鑫 張國樑 台北報導
