想去宜蘭兩天一夜

想請問一下.因為沒去過宜蘭不知道有哪些去宜蘭必去的景點呢?
因為民宿是在頭城那邊.所以該怎麼玩會比較好呢?
打算是中午出發去宜蘭.隔天下午或晚上回來.這樣要怎麼玩才可以玩的好玩又不會累
可以順便介紹一下那有什麼好吃的嗎?
