菲國8警員持槍綁架勒索 2警已被捕

菲律賓本月1日發生多名持槍男子在光天化日下綁人案，警方今日宣布，八名警察因涉嫌綁架勒索而被解職，其中兩人被捕、六人在逃。

9月1日，菲律賓民眾目擊到多名持槍男子在首都大馬尼拉地區的乙沙大道上攔截一輛汽車並擄走車上乘客，目擊者隨後把照片上傳到社群網站，引發社會關注，不少菲國民眾猜測，這是一樁在光天化日下的綁架案件。

菲國警方調查後發現，竟有八名警察卷入這起案件，他們把受害者強擄至警察局，捏造罪名，羈押受害者7小時，勒索到約200萬披索（約台幣138萬）後才放人。

菲律賓警方透露，截至8日下午，涉案的總督察德維拉和警員羅德里格斯等2人已被警方逮捕，另有6名涉案警察在逃，警方正展開追緝行動。
