強冠劣油來源 檢歡迎提供資料

民進黨立委蔡煌瑯指強冠公司從香港進中國大陸的劣質油，屏東地檢署主任檢察官楊婉莉表示，歡迎提供資料。

楊婉莉並沒有回答檢方是否有調查強冠公司從國外進口劣質油問題，但她說，如果蔡煌瑯或任何人有相關的資料，歡迎提供。

由於學者專家指出，餿水油、皮革油在精煉後，是可以符合衛生法規，楊婉莉表示，檢察官目前偵辦的方向是朝食品安全衛生管理法第15條第12項第7款「摻偽、假冒」及第10款「不法添加」方向偵辦。
