我的電視線跟網路線都是同一條 導致訊號不足？？

各位大大
我家的網路的數據機跟第四檯都接是同一條cable線
然而我房間只有一個 cable線的孔
因為我家的數據機是放我房間
而我房間也有一檯電視
之前我都是cable線只接數據機
可是我最近想在房間也看第四檯
我買了一個 一轉三的接頭
入的那一頭接牆壁的cable孔
然後一條線轉給數據機
一條線轉給電視看第四檯
可是重點來了
現在變成網路上不了了 可是第四檯可以看

打給客服 客服說是因為這樣轉出來變成訊號不足
他叫我要從客廳的電視線牽一條到我房間給第四檯
而我房間的cable線給數據機
這樣太麻煩了 還要牽一條那麼長的線
因為客廳在樓下，太遠了

有什麼方法可以讓我房間 同時可以看第四檯 又可以有網路嗎？？
還是是我買的一轉三接頭太爛了？？
因為我想直接從我房間的cable孔分兩條線出來
有什麼辦法嗎？？
