基檢再查建案 約談都發副處長

（中央社記者王朝鈺基隆18日電）基隆地檢署偵辦市議長黃景泰涉貪案，上午前往市府都市發展處和工務處搜索，並以證人身分約談都發處副處長陳振乾及都發處建築管理科應姓科員。

檢調上午10時多分乘3輛車共15人，持搜索票前往基隆市政府都發處建築管理科及工務處土木工程科搜索，約在中午12時許，將相關卷宗分裝5箱帶上車，調查局北機站幹員面對媒體詢問不願表示意見，頻拱手說「謝謝」。

據了解，檢方上午除再調閱安樂區麥金路「城上城」建案外，並帶走去年8月「未來世界藝術墓園」第3期啟用許可案、希望城堡土石方及營建混合物資源處理場營運報表，及建商日勝生位於八堵火車站旁「東•京站」建案卷宗。

檢調並以證人身分請陳振乾及應姓科員，於下午2時30分到北機站協助說明，原本在市議會備詢的都發處長王翔鐘，聽聞都發處遭搜索，也趕回市府關切，但不表示任何意見。

檢調16日曾到都發處調閱位於基隆市安樂區麥金路「城上城」建案卷宗，並前往市議會調閱議事錄、城上城開發案資料及上百件議會提案、動議案等200多件報告。1030918
