擠粉刺有什麼好辦法

粉刺的問題我覺得最重要真的就是要清潔了!

我以前就是很多黑頭粉刺,以前我不太注重臉的保養

以為年輕就是本錢

25歲以後真的開始怕老怕皮膚差怕黑

就怕人家說妳老皮膚不好

現在我開始很注重保養

粉刺以前我都會用擠的

感覺很有成就感

不過真的只會越擠毛孔就愈粗大

現在我找到更好的保養法

也是最平凡的方法

就是清潔的部驟

我現在會用卸妝油在臉部順時鐘畫圓方式按摩深層清潔

第二次在用洗面乳清潔一次

我沒有在擦什麼精華液

我把重點擺在清潔

還有我有在食用薏仁精

薏仁可以軟化角質能夠幫助淡除黑色素

還有膠原蛋白是可以修腹肌膚的

我是每天都一定會吃

現在我的皮膚是好的常常會讓人家以為我有去打什麼針

其實清潔最是最好的保養喔!

而且我聽朋友說美妍姬裡面還有添加鮭魚精巢核酸
