（中央社莫斯科3日綜合外電報導）俄羅斯總統蒲亭的發言人培斯科夫今天表示，蒲亭提出的烏克蘭東部停火協議，不是要解決這個地區的法律地位問題。

國際傳真社（Interfax）報導，記者問到烏克蘭東部法律地位時，培斯科夫做出回應。

發言人培斯科夫（Dmitry Peskov）說：「這不是全面性計畫，只是針對議題優先順序做出安排，其他的有待進一步談判。」
