(求救)阿塔三代音源儲存介面使用

大家好
之前牽了一台阿塔3代 (原廠配備的音響)
但最近才想用SD卡或是USB來聽音樂
但將MP3檔案放入儲存介面後 都顯示讀不到audio file
將兩個儲存介面重新格式化後(FAT32)一樣讀不到
拿自己的IPOD Nano插USB孔一樣讀不到...
請問有人知道解決方法嗎?不會要回廠檢測吧??
