涉殺妻擄幼女 男遭求處死刑

（中央社記者陳朝福高雄28日電）李姓男子涉嫌殺害前妻並擄走幼女造成2人死亡案。雄檢偵結，依殺人等罪嫌起訴，並具體求處死刑。

起訴書指出，李男與前妻陳女育有2個分別為7歲及5歲的女兒，但因李男無法吃苦且多次家暴，前年離婚，李男並因違反保護令入監服刑8個月。

服刑出獄的李男性情大變，涉嫌於今年4月16日上午趁陳女駕車送2名女兒到高雄市林園區一家幼稚園時，因要強行抱走女兒遭陳女上前阻止，兩人因而發生爭吵，李男突然持尖刀刺死陳女，並在混亂中抱走大女兒開車逃逸。

起訴書表示，李男一路開車北上到新竹尖石鄉，在路上餵食女兒安眠藥，並邊開車邊燒炭，最後昏迷撞到路邊護欄才停下來。

警方據報將兩人送醫，李男獲救脫險，7歲幼女則於急救後延至6月間身亡。

高雄地檢署偵結，依殺人罪嫌起訴李男，承辦檢察官認為李男毫不尊重未成年子女意願及生命，惡性重大，反社會性格甚明，有與世永久隔絕的必要，求處死刑。1030828
