誆作法改運 男2度性侵婦遭訴

苗栗一名婦人健康不佳，誤信宗教作法可改運，遭平日幫人收驚的男子假裝「起乩」性侵2次；男子今天遭苗栗檢方起訴。

檢警調查，苗栗縣60歲陳姓男子平日有拜神、幫人收驚行為，民國101年間利用被害婦人建康不佳又迷信弱點，向對方誆稱可幫忙作法改運治療、恢復健康為由，在苑裡鎮與三義鄉交界處山區，假裝「起乩」性侵得逞。

陳男食髓知味，數日後又以「需要再次作法」為由，對被害婦人故技重施；婦人事後不僅身體健康未見改善，精神狀況還出現異常，子女將她送醫治療過程中聽她陳述，才揭發陳男惡行。

陳男向檢警否認藉改運性侵，辯稱兩人交往5個月，檢方根據相關證述認為被害婦人因迷信、篤信鬼神，致使對陳男信以為真，喪失性自主決定，全案偵查終結後，依強制性交罪將陳姓男子提起公訴。
