網購周杰倫演唱會門票　竟收到平安符

亞洲天王周杰倫2013年舉辦「魔天倫世界巡迴演唱會」，門票秒殺，有吸毒前科的吳姓男子與女友趁機在露天拍賣網站詐騙，原價5500元的票，他開價7500元，李姓歌迷匯款1萬5015元後，卻收到2張平安符，吳男遭逮後已賠償被害人損失，台北地院依詐欺罪判他徒刑半年，可易科罰金18萬元，仍可上訴。

吳軍霆(23歲)與女友林郁芹(20歲)，在2013年犯案後，林女逃亡已遭通緝，判決指出，買家匯款後，他即寄出平安符或廣告單給買家，李男被騙1萬5015元、陳男被騙8600元，2人報警後，由警員佯裝成買家向吳男買票，吳男不肯面交，警方即再偽裝成快遞收貨員，在取件時將吳、林逮捕，警方當場打開包裹，裡面也是平安符，吳男到案後，已賠償被害人損失。（劉志原╱台北報導）
