汽機車噪音管制 標準下修

環保署打算修訂「機動車輛噪音管制標準」，未來104年出廠或進口的機車，和105年出廠或進口的汽車的噪音管制標準，將採「單一管制值」，但目前民眾使用中的汽機車並不會受到影響。(余曉涵報導)

環保署空保處處長陳咸亨指出，目前現行的汽機車噪音管制標準，會有五分貝的彈性空間，舉例來說一台汽車的噪音標準值是96分貝，但檢測時超過101分貝時，才會依法罰最低1800元，最高2500元的罰鍰。陳咸亨說目前的規定，在執法時，常常會遭到民眾誤解，認為標準不一樣，才打算修改法令。

陳咸亨指出，修正過後的管制標準，預計從第五期，也就是明年出廠或進口的機車，和後年出廠或進口的汽車開始，會跟美國、日本和新加坡一樣，都是採單一管制標準值，不會有五分貝的彈性空間。至於目前民眾使用中的汽機車會不會受影響，陳咸亨表示，基於信賴原則，並不會修改第一期到第四期的管制標準。不過，陳咸亨提醒民眾，不管是屬於哪個標準的車輛，建議都要定期保養，才不會違反噪音標準而受罰。
