涉改病歷 減肥名醫判刑定讞

（中央社記者蔡沛琪台北27日電）減肥名醫劉伯恩被控在多年前得知一名女病患死亡後竄改病歷，台灣高等法院今依偽造文書罪判刑3月，得易科罰金定讞。

判決指出，劉伯恩在民國89年替一名參加過模特兒甄選的蔡姓女子看診，但蔡女卻在2天後猝死。劉伯恩被控涉犯業務過失致死罪，但由於無法證實蔡女之死與服用的藥物有關，因此獲判無罪定讞。

但法院審理發現，劉男在案發後塗改蔡女病歷，將含有PPA的交感神經興奮劑成分用藥刻意塗掉，法官於是將他交由檢方調查追訴。高院維持一審認定，依偽造文書罪判刑3月，得易科罰金定讞。1030827
