大家好唷 老魯蛇我一直在一家貿易公司工作了9年.... 一直很想要跳產業 畢竟貿易公司的生存空間真的越來越小 近幾年業績越來越差 @@" 上周去面試了高雄的維勝鋼鐵 雖然跟我現在還是類似的傳產@@ 但因為上周國外主管不在 這周又要再約一次面談 上次是由國內主管 跟人資團體面試 但是關於福利方面 他們講的實在很少 因為我現在還在職 必須要請假再去一趟 不知道有沒有知道的朋友 可以提供一下資訊呢? 國外業務的新資大概是多少? 那天大概只有說了前半年是月約聘 其實就是試用期的意思 那天國內主管有說一般都2-3個月就轉正職 但我想半年還市公司給的一個期限 一個月會有一天一個部門要留一個人上周六整天班 其他福利都沒有講到 @@" 希望大家可以幫忙提供意見 謝謝大家 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 114.47.154.188 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1403582249.A.EA0.html
