高鐵炸彈案 胡宗賢判刑20年

（中央社記者劉世怡台北24日電）男子胡宗賢等人被控犯下高鐵及立委服務處炸彈案，台灣高等法院今天宣判胡宗賢20年，同案被告朱亞東10年6月。全案可上訴。

新北地方法院1月22日就高鐵和立委服務處炸彈案宣判，認定被告胡宗賢想透過犯案影響股市牟利，被依二次共同殺人未遂罪，各判15年及10年，應執行22年，同案被告朱亞東則判處12年。全案上訴至台灣高等法院。

台灣高等法院首開庭時，胡宗賢一改不認罪態度，首次認罪，主張應以殺人未遂一罪論處，朱亞東則說，他沒有殺人動機及犯意。1030624
