中科院技士涉索賄 遭羈押

（中央社記者邱俊欽桃園24日電）國家中山科學研究院陳姓技士疑似因投資失利，涉嫌向廠商索賄，遭檢警逮捕，今天被依違背職務收受賄賂罪，裁定羈押。

桃園地檢署日前接獲檢舉指出，38歲陳姓技士因為投資股票失利，藉由承辦採購業務，利用工程落後等理由刁難業者，多次延宕驗收期程，最後向廠商索賄新台幣350萬元。

業者因而答應分期給付100萬元到20萬不等的賄款，但昨天雙方在一處連鎖速食店交付款項時，遭跟監埋伏已久的檢警當場逮捕。

檢警在調查過程中，利用隱藏性攝影機拍下技士收賄整個過程，隨後並進入中科院內，帶回技士所經手案件的資料與檔案。

檢方在偵訊時，發現技士對款項無法自圓其說，且對金錢交代不清，依涉嫌違背職務收受賄賂罪，向法院聲請羈押獲准，另外多名廠商在複訊後被裁定請回。1030624
